Yoga with Wendy
In 1974 ‘Yoga with Wendy’ appeared in the Sunday Times as a series of weekly articles. At the time this was a first.
Since then Yoga has become a lifestyle that many of us follow, but back then it was a brand new, rather ground-breaking approach that changed many of our lives.
The articles were an introduction to Yoga. They were written so that the average reader could get a taste of this complex philosophical approach and translate some of its concepts into a practical application for daily living.
In a sense these articles were the beginning that has now culminated into the work and some of the services we provide to others today.
The contents are timeless and we hope will give you insight and opportunities to, not only look at a different point of view, but to act as a platform to change your life by making it more stress free.
Change Matters is busy collating the archived material below into a Self-help book entitled Scrap the Guide. For enquiries please Contact Us.
