The Fire Dogs of Climate Change
We would like to recommend this book The Fire Dogs of Climate Change by Sally Andrew not only because it 'engages emotions, intellect, politics and technology, with the aim of inspiring hearts and hands to take constructive climate action' but it also shifts your perspective and inspires you to 'make a difference' in reducing your own carbon footprint on our planet.
Sally has been a social and (more recently) environmental activist and writer since the 1980s.
She has a Bachelor of Arts with major in Psychology, a Masters in Adult Education (M Phil, UCT) and a Certificate in Environmental Education (Rhodes). She lives in South Africa.
We love the way the book is set out with personal stories, informative fact sheets, a facilitative educator’s guide and inspiring examples on how to take action, ground-breaking technology, sustainable living, with solutions on how you can make a difference.
We believe it is a book that should be in everybody’s home and that it should be always in reach for you and your family to refer to.
