Couple Therapy
We believe that all couples inevitably get into a “dance” in which old wounds and core issues are replayed. This is a marvellous opportunity to get to know and support yourself better, or it can become a painful, destructive cycle which leads to crash and burn. You can seldom see the dynamic, and the way out of it, without an objective external eye. Couple sessions are 90 minutes long and alternate with individual sessions in which we help both of you to focus on changing what you can – namely, only yourself.
