A talented person whom I’ve known since he arrived back from India in the 70’s, where he spent 2 years living in an ashram specializing in ‘pranayama techniques’, is Marc Maingard. He has recently opened up his magic spot in Scarborough.
People can hire these facilities either as a ‘get away and recharge’ weekend or as a space that can also accommodate small group workshops.
I recently went to visit the centre and loved what Marc has provided.
